Privacy policy
Who is responsible
Nocturne: Night Post is developed and published by Alessandro Rinchi, an individual based in Italy, data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For any question: support@alessandrorinchi.com.
Data saved on your phone
The game saves only on your device your progress (completed nights, stars, tonight's night), the tutorial cards you have already read, the pictures of the towns in the list of nights and the sound setting. This data never leaves your phone and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
The nights are generated by the game itself, on the device: no server and no connection are needed.
Connection and ads
Nocturne works entirely offline and makes no network connections: on Android the app does not even ask for internet access. At the moment the game contains no ads and no third-party services.
If optional ads, such as rewarded videos, are added in the future, this policy will be updated before the release with details on the provider, the data involved and how to give or refuse consent.
App permissions
On Android Nocturne asks for a single permission: vibration, used for a short buzz when a letter is delivered or lost. It does not access the internet, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or location.
Age
Nocturne is suitable for all ages. Since the game collects no data, it processes no data of minors either.
Your rights
The GDPR gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Nocturne sends me nothing, so I hold no data about you: uninstalling the app deletes everything. For any doubt write to me; you can also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the authority of your country.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
